On Site How It Went
From First Visit To Final Wipe-Down
Cracked render, overflowing gutters and a fence that leaned further every storm — this house needed weatherproofing before winter. We scaffolded the front elevation, raked out failed mortar joints and repointed the full facade in breathable mineral render.
New zinc gutters and downpipes went up with leaf guards, the garden fence was rebuilt on concrete posts, and all masonry was sealed against driving rain. The owners got dated photos of every stage and a maintenance checklist for the years ahead.
