On Site How It Went
From First Visit To Final Wipe-Down
Seven rooms, one hallway and eighty-five square metres of walls that had not seen a brush in a decade. The owners picked a calm palette — warm whites with a deep blue study wall — and scrub-resistant matt emulsion throughout so the finish would survive everyday life.
We worked room by room so the family always had somewhere to sleep: ceilings first, then walls, then doors and radiators in satin. Edges were cut by hand, not taped and hoped, and each room was vacuumed and polished before we moved on. The final walkthrough found two tiny touch-ups — both done on the spot.

Exactly What We Did
Room-by-room plan: one space at a time so the family could live around us.
Prep: sugar-soap wash, fill, sand and spot-prime every surface.
Top coats: ceilings, walls in two coats, then doors and radiators in satin.
